As Germany you don’t really need to build IC in black ice, cause you don’t have the raw resources to use it and will end up with a lack of rares in the mid/late game. Since there is no official manual and a lot of things miss description, a lot of things are still unknown and this guide will be filled as my knowledge of BICE. This mod won’t tell you what to build and what to focus on with every country.
